Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Oversee benefits, payroll, and performance management.

Skills/Must have:

• Five years of HR experience.
• Two years in HR leadership.
• Strong employment law and compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting multi-location teams.
