The ideal candidate will take charge when critical IT services go down, shaping how incidents are handled, improving processes and tooling, and leading teams through high-pressure situations in a high-profile, uptime-critical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day incident management process and drive continuous improvement
  • Prioritise, follow up and escalate incidents so they're resolved within agreed service levels
  • Coordinate major and complex incidents across technical teams and keep stakeholders informed until resolution
  • Monitor SLA performance, spot breaches early and put corrective actions in place
  • Produce incident reports and help build dashboards that track service performance
  • Share lessons learned and best practice with support teams in France and abroad
  • Improve incident management tools, workflows and documentation


Skills/Must Have:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT incident management
  • Expert-level ITIL knowledge
  • Strong hands-on experience with ITSM platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile and PRINCE2
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of teams
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A continuous improvement mindset
