Responsibilities:

  • Deliver information security services to clients.
  • Conduct information and cybersecurity governance reviews, technical vulnerability audits, and compliance checks.
  • Provide support for security platforms, including Darktrace and Qualys.
  • Produce audit reports and recommended remediation roadmaps.
  • Communicate cyber security threats and risks clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, emerging threats, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and manage remediation service delivery plans.
  • Work with clients to remediate identified security vulnerabilities.
  • Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity governance strategies and documentation (e.g. information security policies).
  • Assist with implementing technical cyber resilience solutions.
  • Lead or support cyber-attack management processes as part of incident response and disaster recovery.
  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training where required.
  • Support internal cybersecurity resilience initiatives.


Skills/Must have:

  • Knowledge of cyber security governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, or Cyber Essentials).
  • Experience or understanding of vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate cybersecurity risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good report writing and documentation skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging cyber threats and security practices.
