Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing products, obtaining pricing, and coordinating supply
- Prepare and manage customer quotes, offers, and order processes
- Act as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Support incoming customer requests and ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Assist with general sales and marketing activities as needed
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and communications
Skills/Must have:
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination
- Experience within the IT Security sector is highly desirable
- Familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Check Point, or similar is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Native-level German and strong English language skills (for vendor communication)
