Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line operational support for IP network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and outages
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime
- Work closely with internal teams to improve network reliability and efficiency
- Support ongoing network improvements and upgrades
Skills/Must have:
- German language skills (minimum B level)
- Strong IP networking background
- Proven experience in operational engineering / 3rd line support
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure in a production environment
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Juniper or Nokia networking technologies
- Knowledge of firewalling, network automation, or DDoS mitigation
