IT / Network Engineer - Service Provider

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer-focused engineering support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues across various environments
• Provide technical support both remotely and on-site at customer locations
• Support and maintain secure network environments using Fortinet technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet networking solutions
• Strong background in network support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing engineering roles
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required
• Ability to pass a medical assessment
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Experience or knowledge of VSAT technologies, particularly Starlink

 Salary and Benefits: 

• €3,000 - €4,500 per month
