Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations
• Lead internal help desk and user support
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD and business systems
• Own cybersecurity, access control and endpoint protection
• Manage IT vendors, MSPs and service providers
• Deliver system upgrades and technology projects
• Oversee IT assets, licensing and hardware lifecycle
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience
• 2+ years in IT leadership/management
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD experience
• Windows Server and virtualization experience
• LAN/WAN, VPN and firewall knowledge
• Cybersecurity, MFA, endpoint and backup experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Multi-site environment experience preferred
