The organization is currently on the lookout for an IT Operations Specialist to join the IT Operations function of a globally recognised aerospace and defence organisation in Hamburg, focused on mobility infrastructure (4G/5G/Wi-Fi). The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations delivery, stepping into an active environment to stabilise and improve service standards within a broader IT Operations structure supporting a major aerospace site.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of day-to-day IT operations delivery across mobility infrastructure (4G/5G/Wi-Fi)
• Step into an active environment and stabilise/improve service delivery, replacing an existing contractor arrangement
• Work within a broader IT Operations structure supporting a major aerospace site
• Maintain strong operational standards and responsiveness given the client's current dissatisfaction with service levels

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with mobility infrastructure: 4G/5G/Wi-Fi
• Operational, delivery-focused mindset (not architect-level)
• Comfortable stepping into a live environment with immediate impact expected
• Based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg
• German market/language capability advantageous
