The ideal candidate will have genuinely administered these systems rather than just used them, supporting employees with device enrolment, account access, and new-hire setup, while being careful and organized enough to hold admin access to business-critical systems across the company.

Responsibilities:

• You will be managing employee IT onboarding and offboarding end to end, including Mac procurement and setup, MDM enrolment via Iru and Apple Business Manager, Okta account creation, application provisioning, new-hire orientation, device recovery, secure erasure, and asset inventory updates
• You will be administering the macOS endpoint environment including zero-touch provisioning, device configuration, compliance policies, hardware lifecycle management, and inventory
• You will be providing day-to-day IT support through Slack, Jira, and remote sessions, troubleshooting device issues, macOS login and password problems, account access, application faults, and general workplace technology issues
• You will be administering business SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and Microsoft 365, covering user access, licensing, application lifecycle, and SaaS governance
• You will be coordinating hardware and software procurement, maintaining spare device inventory, managing vendor relationships, and tracking contracts and renewals
• You will be monitoring and responding to routine identity, endpoint, and security events across Okta, Iru, EDR, and password management systems, escalating where needed
• You will be supporting SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance activities through access reviews, evidence collection, and maintenance of audit-ready operational records
• You will be documenting and improving IT processes and maintaining the internal knowledge base in Confluence

Skills / Must Have:

• Hands-on experience administering a primarily macOS business environment, including troubleshooting endpoint, application, account, and access issues in production, not just personal use
• Proven experience administering an MDM platform for Apple devices, working with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrolment, and zero-touch provisioning
• Hands-on Okta administration experience including user lifecycle management, MFA, groups, application assignments, and access troubleshooting
• Experience administering Google Workspace and other business SaaS platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, or Microsoft 365
• Demonstrated experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning, device deployment, access removal, equipment recovery, and asset tracking
• Strong troubleshooting, organisational, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and operational tasks independently
• A track record of being responsible and careful with admin access and system changes, this matters as much as the technical skills

Desirable Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Iru (formerly Kandji) including device configuration, software deployment, security controls, and compliance policies
• Background in Apple retail, an Apple Authorised Service Provider, or similar Apple-focused technical support environment
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 audit support including access reviews and evidence collection
• Experience with EDR, vulnerability management, or endpoint security platforms
• Background in SaaS licence management, vendor renewals, contract tracking, and IT budgeting

Salary:

• $120,000 base salary
