Responsibilities:

• Lead service management activities across the full lifecycle design, transition, operation, and continual improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets agreed performance levels
• Identify and resolve service issues, risks, and obstacles, taking ownership of problems through to resolution
• Support change, incident, problem, and release management processes
• Embed best practice across teams and champion continual service improvement

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience in service management with strong ITIL knowledge
• Ability to navigate complex technical environments and engage confidently at all stakeholder levels
• Proactive approach to problem solving, risk management, and service assurance
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar tooling
• Must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance (UK national required)

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of DevSecOps or Agile delivery methods
• Experience in secure or mission-led environments

Salary:

• £50,000 – £70,000
