Responsibilities:
- Lead service management activities across the full lifecycle design, transition, operation, and continual improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets agreed performance levels
- Identify and resolve service issues, risks, and obstacles, taking ownership of problems through to resolution
- Support change, incident, problem, and release management processes
- Embed best practice across teams and champion continual service improvement
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience in service management with strong ITIL knowledge
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and engage confidently at all stakeholder levels
- Proactive approach to problem solving, risk management, and service assurance
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar tooling
- Must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance (UK national required)
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of DevSecOps or Agile delivery methods
- Experience in secure or mission-led environments
