The company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business involving hands-on troubleshooting, user support, and exposure to a wide range of technologies within a fast-paced maritime environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users (remote and onsite)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, hardware, and software issues
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) environment
  • Handle user account management, permissions, and access requests
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and timely issue resolution


Skills/Must have:

  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365)
  • Solid experience supporting Windows environments
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and user-facing skills


Salary:

  • €1,600 Per Month
