Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and configure desktops, laptops and servers
• Manage and prioritize IT support tickets
• Set up and support new user accounts
• Perform software upgrades, patching and maintenance
• Monitor networks and manage backups
• Support firewall and network administration
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Train users on hardware and software
• Escalate and collaborate on complex technical issues

Skills/Must Have:

• 3+ years relevant IT experience
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN knowledge
• Software installation and configuration experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities
• Valid driver’s license

Desirable Skills:

• Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or AWS
• VMware or Hyper-V experience
• IT security and firewall knowledge
• CompTIA A+, MCSA, CCNA or ACMT certification
