IT Technician - Systems Integrator

This opportunity is for a hands-on 2nd Line IT Technician to join the internal IT team, supporting day-to-day operations and resolving more complex technical issues. Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support across the business, owning tickets through to resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Administer and maintain Intune for device management, policies, compliance and application deployment
• Support and troubleshoot WiFi and network connectivity across multiple sites
• Support business-critical applications including NetSuite, Salesforce and the company's ITSM platform

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role, ideally within an internal IT function
• Strong fault-finding ability, methodical, curious, and confident working through unfamiliar issues
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment
• Practical experience with Intune (policies, compliance, app deployment, troubleshooting)
• Confident with WiFi and network troubleshooting across a multi-site setup
• Familiarity with at least one of NetSuite, Salesforce, or Halo (or comparable ITSM tooling)

Salary:

• £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
