An exciting opportunity has opened for an IT Technician (L1/L2) to support SMB clients across multiple environments. The role offers hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint technologies within a modern Microsoft-focused infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve M365 issues across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Manage endpoints via Intune (enrolment, compliance, app deployment, Autopilot)
  • Support identity and access in Entra ID (users, MFA, Conditional Access basics)
  • Work with Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365
  • Provide light network troubleshooting and occasional onsite support


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in an MSP or service provider environment
  • Solid Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with Intune
  • Strong communication and ticket management discipline
  • Nice to have
  • Microsoft certifications


Location:

  • Sydney (Hybrid with occasional site visits)
