Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and maintain hardware and test environments
• Troubleshoot and fix hardware issues
• Analyse faulty/returned equipment and document findings
• Coordinate returns to manufacturers and track progress
• Maintain lab organisation, safety, and inventory records
• Support test setup design and ongoing improvements
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Background in IT, hardware, or electronics
• Experience with computer and networking hardware
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills

Salary:

• Up to $80,000
