The company is looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join its growing network team, supporting a global network infrastructure. The role is ideal for an early-career engineer with a CCNA, strong networking fundamentals, and a genuine interest in developing their technical skills through hands-on experience alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and provisioning network infrastructure
  • Building and configuring customer circuits
  • Commissioning network equipment
  • Configuring and troubleshooting network devices
  • Working with remote engineers to bring new equipment and services into the network
  • Supporting the rollout and expansion of a global network
  • Developing your understanding of network technologies and automation
  • The network spans multiple global locations, with connectivity between locations including Slough, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Seattle, alongside a growing number of Points of Presence (POPs).

Requirements:

  • CCNA certification (essential)
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, particularly routing and switching
  • Strong attitude and willingness to learn
  • Any exposure to automation or scripting (Python preferred)
  • Automation experience can come from university, home labs, personal projects or professional experience
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach


Location & Working Pattern:

  • London, Borough Market
  • 3 days onsite per week


Salary:

  • Up to £35,000, with some flexibility for the right candidate
