Responsibilities: 

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Log, prioritise and manage incidents in line with SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
• Support Cisco, Aruba, Meraki and Fortinet environments.
• Assist with switching, wireless, VPN and remote connectivity troubleshooting.
• Configure and support desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Perform Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Escalate complex technical issues while working closely with senior Network Engineers.
• Document incidents, resolutions and technical knowledge articles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping users informed throughout the support process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support role.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs.
• Passion for networking and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team.
• Desire to build a long term career in Network Engineering.

Desirable Certifications

• Cisco CCNA
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+
• Fortinet FCA, FCP or legacy NSE certifications
