Ready to take the next step in your career?

Join one of the most interesting infrastructure companies in the AI space right now. Founded by two of the most recognised names in tech, they have built a platform that deploys GPU clusters into third-party datacentres at speed and operates them to a standard that the world's leading AI labs train on. Today they manage tens of thousands of GPUs across 30+ capacity providers, supporting 80+ customers and billions of GPU-hours across everything from A100 to GB300.

As part of the engineering team, you'll help shape a platform that operates at production scale, supporting real customers and solving complex infrastructure challenges while influencing the architecture and future direction of the business.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • You will be designing and building high-performance systems spanning storage, networking, virtualisation, and container runtimes
  • You will be working at the lower levels of the Linux stack, across kernel, drivers, filesystems, containers, and PCIe, writing software that has to hold up under real production conditions
  • You will be doing performance engineering work with tangible impact, profiling, tuning, and eliminating the bottlenecks that show up at scale
  • You will be shipping production code in Rust, C, or Go and taking ownership of what you build end-to-end
  • You will be part of an on-call rotation and expected to respond to production incidents with the depth of knowledge to diagnose and resolve them quickly

Skills / Must Have:

  • A track record of impressive technical work you can speak to in depth; the years matter less than the quality of the work and its real-world impact
  • Proven experience building high-performance distributed systems at meaningful scale
  • Strong low-level Linux foundations across kernel, drivers, filesystems, containers, and PCIe
  • Hands-on performance engineering background with demonstrable results
  • Production-grade experience in Rust, C, or Go

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with QEMU/KVM or hypervisor internals
  • eBPF across tracing, observability, or network programmability use cases
  • RDMA or transport-layer network performance work
  • BIOS/UEFI or firmware-level systems experience

Benefits:

  • Meaningful equity
  • Fully remote across North America
  • Full insurance coverage for you and your dependants

Salary:

  • $250,000 to $300,000 base salary
