The leading cybersecurity and technology group is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Engineer to join its AI Enablement function and play a key role in shaping the adoption of AI across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across multiple business units
- Develop and maintain custom agents using Copilot Studio
- Build automations and workflows using Power Automate and the wider Power Platform
- Lead and support Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives across the organisation
- Deliver training sessions, workshops and enablement programmes for end users
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
- Create documentation, user guides and operational runbooks
- Support governance and compliance initiatives relating to AI deployment
- Collaborate with business representatives to identify and prioritise AI use cases
- Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot best practices and emerging capabilities
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Hands-on experience building agents using Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering training and driving technology adoption
- Business Analyst-style experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions
- Understanding of Microsoft governance and compliance tools, including Purview, DLP and sensitivity labels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Right to work in the UK
