The leading cybersecurity and technology group is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Engineer to join its AI Enablement function and play a key role in shaping the adoption of AI across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across multiple business units
• Develop and maintain custom agents using Copilot Studio
• Build automations and workflows using Power Automate and the wider Power Platform
• Lead and support Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives across the organisation
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and enablement programmes for end users
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
• Create documentation, user guides and operational runbooks
• Support governance and compliance initiatives relating to AI deployment
• Collaborate with business representatives to identify and prioritise AI use cases
• Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot best practices and emerging capabilities

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Hands-on experience building agents using Copilot Studio
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering training and driving technology adoption
• Business Analyst-style experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions
• Understanding of Microsoft governance and compliance tools, including Purview, DLP and sensitivity labels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Right to work in the UK

Salary:

• £45,000 - £55,000 + 5% Pension
