Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain network monitoring solutions - build and manage dashboards, metrics collection, and alerting pipelines using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to provide real-time visibility into network performance and health.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot network issues - monitor trends and anomalies to detect potential problems before they escalate, working with networking fundamentals (routing, switching, protocols) to diagnose root causes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with network engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to define meaningful metrics, refine alerting thresholds, and continuously improve observability practices across the network.
