Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise and service provider networks.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Own incidents through to resolution.
• Implement network changes.
• Lead technical projects.
• Work directly with customers.
• Document tickets and resolutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Skills/Must Have:

• CCNP Service Provider.
• 5+ years Service Provider experience.
• Cisco NCS, ASR & Nexus.
• Nokia & Juniper platforms.
• MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS.
• VRF.
• SD-WAN & cloud networking.
• ServiceNow.

• $110,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus
