Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure LAN, WAN, WLAN and firewall environments, both internally and remotely for customers
• Ensure smooth, highly available operation of the network infrastructure
• Analyse and resolve complex network issues as 2nd level support, internal and customer-facing
• Support the architecture team on network projects across LAN, WAN, WLAN and network security
• Document network environments clearly and systematically

Skills/Must Have:

• Solid Cisco routing and switching
• LAN, WAN and WLAN configuration and support, including access point rollouts for site coverage
• Firewall configuration and management
• 2nd level support and structured troubleshooting
• Clear, methodical documentation
• German for customer-facing work, plus English
