Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise network inventory data models across physical, logical, and service layers
  • Analyse and reverse engineer legacy inventory systems to support migration activities
  • Define source to target data mappings across complex telecom environments
  • Support transformation from relational data models into graph-based structures
  • Contribute to large-scale data migration planning, rehearsal, and cutover activities
  • Establish and support data quality governance and validation frameworks
  • Perform data reconciliation and remediation post migration
  • Work closely with network engineering, OSS, and data teams to ensure accurate network representation
  • Provide architectural guidance across inventory and data domains


Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience within telecommunications or network environments
  • Strong experience with network inventory systems such as Granite or similar OSS platforms
  • Proven experience modelling network data across physical, logical, and service layers
  • Experience supporting or leading network inventory or OSS transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, schema design, and data governance
  • Experience with data migration strategies and execution within complex environments
  • Familiarity with relational and graph data models


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j
  • Exposure to TM Forum frameworks and APIs
  • Background working with large-scale telecom operators or system integrators
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills within complex programmes
