This is a great opportunity for a Network Security Engineer to join a high-profile transformation programme spanning both IT and OT environments. The successful candidate will design and support secure, resilient network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity, working hands-on with Check Point and Cisco Meraki technologies at scale. The role also involves leading network upgrade and transformation projects end-to-end, and supporting secure IT/OT convergence through industrial DMZs and controlled connectivity between operational and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise and OT network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity
- Delivers network components for the Cyber Security and Zero Trust Architecture programme, ensuring adherence to security and governance standards
- Configures and supports routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and network segmentation technologies across complex environments
- Leads network transformation and infrastructure upgrade projects from design through implementation and handover
- Supports secure IT/OT convergence via industrial DMZs and controlled connectivity between operational and enterprise networks
Skills/Must have:
- Strong hands-on expertise with Check Point technologies
- Solid experience in cloud networking and integration with enterprise networks
- Practical experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki wireless networking (VPN experience a plus)
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Water Utilities, CNI, Energy, or other regulated environments
- CCNP, CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, AWS Advanced Networking, or Azure Network Engineer Associate certifications
