Key Responsibilities:
- Managing equipment removal and installation, ensuring smooth transitions during the refresh project.
- Working extensively with Cisco Routers and switches, utilizing your expertise to optimize network performance.
- Providing advanced networking troubleshooting capabilities, swiftly resolving issues to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Required:
- Proficiency in Cisco Routing & Switching, particularly with Nexus & Catalyst series equipment.
- Demonstrated ability in advanced networking troubleshooting, with a track record of resolving complex issues.
- Preferred certifications include CCNA/CCNP, showcasing your dedication to professional development and industry-standard expertise.
- Previous experience providing day-to-day support to ensure uninterrupted network operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident response.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
