Responsibilities:

• Deliver network engineering support and project implementation for government, federal, and education customers.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routing and network infrastructure.
• Develop expertise in Ruckus and HPE switching technologies.
• Support a combination of escalated technical issues, infrastructure projects, and customer deployments.

Skills/Must have:

• 4–7 years of experience in network engineering or a closely related technical infrastructure role.
• Strong practical experience with Cisco routers and networking technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues and supporting customer environments.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and travelling to client sites.
• A willingness to learn new technologies, particularly Ruckus and HPE switching.
• Ability to manage a mixture of support tickets, technical escalations, and project delivery.
