This company is looking for an experienced Network Project Engineer with expertise in Routing & Switching and Cisco technologies to support a 3-month remote contract. The role focuses on critical network projects, including core and aggregation network replacements and large-scale Layer 3 subnetting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, and manage network changes, including access switch migrations, core replacements, and aggregation updates.
• Perform routing and switching tasks with Cisco Access & Distribution technologies.
• Handle subnetting for thousands of devices, ensuring seamless network operations.
• Execute and support network adds and changes, maintaining operational integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience in Routing & Switching, Cisco Access & Distribution, and large-scale L3 subnetting.
• Cisco R&S - ISR, ASR, Nexus & Catalyst 
• Strong knowledge of network implementation and aggregation network replacements.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) required.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 Months
• Location: Fully Remote
• Determination: Outside IR35
• Working Hours: Monday night to Friday morning (11:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Network Changes)

Salary:

• £250PD - £300PD (20 hours - Day)
• £350PD - £400PD (20 hours - Night)
