Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy and manage Palo Alto firewall environments, including Panorama, security policies and SSL decryption
• Lead firewall migrations and improve network security architecture across global infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues involving routing, NAT, traffic flows and packet analysis
• Work alongside infrastructure and cloud teams to deliver resilient, secure connectivity across on-prem and hybrid environments
• Act as a senior escalation point, mentor junior engineers and help drive operational best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve security, automation and overall network performance

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years' experience in Network Security Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
• Solid networking fundamentals including BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, NAT and packet analysis
• Experience designing secure enterprise networks and leading firewall migration
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, APIs or similar) is advantageous
• Exposure to AWS networking, Cloudflare, F5, Arista or other enterprise networking technologies is a plus
