Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage incoming tickets from internal users, providing first and second line support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support day to day Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online administration including provisioning, access, and group management.
• Work alongside the wider infrastructure and network teams, picking up hands on tasks in datacentres and offices as needed.
• Keep users updated throughout the resolution process via phone, email, and the service desk platform.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to the knowledge base as issues are resolved.

Skills/Must Have:

• CCNA qualified with a genuine appetite to work across multiple tech disciplines including networking, data centre, and O365. 
• Comfortable in a fast paced service desk environment with strong troubleshooting instincts.
• Eagerness to broaden their infrastructure exposure beyond service desk.
