- Own and maintain the New Build Deployment Tracker for assigned data center buildings, tracking key milestones from Cable Ready through to Production Ready (PR).
- Lead weekly new-build coordination meetings with internal stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to review progress, priorities, dependencies and upcoming milestones.
- Track dependencies across multiple network infrastructure layers, ensuring teams understand their responsibilities and delivery commitments.
- Integrate construction schedules with network deployment plans, maintaining alignment across multiple scheduling tools and reporting sources.
- Establish a reliable, centralized view of deployment milestones, commitments, risks and completion dates.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to secure milestone commitments and ensure delivery plans remain accurate and achievable.
- Lead or co-lead new-build coordination meetings from the commencement of cabling activities through to network readiness.
- Act as the primary coordination point between construction managers, deployment engineers, connectivity engineers and supporting technical teams.
- Influence engineering, construction and operational partners to establish clear ownership, confirm delivery dates and meet agreed commitments.
- Publish weekly program updates highlighting milestone achievements, schedule changes, emerging risks and upcoming delivery requirements.
- Translate complex technical and multi-site program information into clear, concise updates for senior leadership.
- Drive accountability across teams, proactively addressing missed commitments and resolving competing priorities.
- Facilitate Severity Event (SEV) creation and escalation when schedule risks, critical dependencies or cross-functional blockers threaten delivery.
- Coordinate network infrastructure deployment across multiple concurrent data center buildings, typically managing two to four sites simultaneously.
- Track hardware delivery service-level agreements (SLAs), material availability, shipping schedules and upstream dependencies.
- Coordinate material logistics, including warehouse locations, equipment availability and shipment planning from appropriate distribution facilities.
- Understand differences between data center building types and adapt deployment plans to accommodate varying construction schedules, infrastructure requirements and operational dependencies.
- Monitor deployment progress and actively drive the resolution of issues that could affect network readiness.
- Work closely with field operations, managed service providers (MSPs) and deployment teams to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure network infrastructure activities remain aligned with construction milestones and the overall production readiness timeline.
- Identify schedule risks early by analyzing hardware delivery timelines, SLA back-off calculations, construction progress and network deployment dependencies.
- Create, manage and escalate SEVs associated with critical deployment blockers and milestone risks.
- Proactively communicate schedule impacts, providing specific details on affected milestones, expected delays, mitigation actions and revised completion dates.
- Drive cross-functional resolution of blockers, ensuring clear ownership and defined actions for recovery.
- Escalate to senior leadership when delivery commitments are missed or cross-functional dependencies threaten critical program milestones.
- Maintain visibility of risks across all assigned sites and ensure stakeholders understand the operational impact of delays.
- Develop and coordinate recovery plans to minimize disruption and protect key deployment deadlines.
- Contribute to the standardization of deployment templates, milestone tracking and reporting processes across different data centre building types.
- Conduct lessons-learned reviews to identify recurring deployment challenges, process gaps and opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
- Develop and refine program tracking methodologies, documentation standards and escalation procedures.
- Support the onboarding and development of new Deployment Enablement Managers through reverse-shadowing, knowledge transfer and milestone review sessions.
- Share best practices across teams to improve consistency, accountability and execution quality.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools and agentic frameworks to automate workflow management, reporting and program coordination.

- Strong understanding of data centernetwork infrastructure, including production network layers and the dependencies involved in bringing new facilities online.
- Familiarity with network deployment processes, including rack-and-stack activities, provisioning, circuit audits, device scanning, network activation and undrain workflows.
- Understanding of data center material logistics, including hardware delivery SLAs, bills of materials (BOMs), warehouse operations and vendor coordination.
- Experience using project management and tracking tools to manage milestones, dependencies, risks and programme reporting.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and agentic frameworks to support workflow automation, reporting or operational efficiency.
- Ability to interpret technical schedules, identify critical dependencies and assess the impact of delivery delays on network readiness.
- Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and complex organisational dynamics diplomatically.
- Confidence asserting ownership of deployment milestones and securing commitments from engineering, construction and operations teams.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-pressure environments with aggressive delivery schedules and frequent changes.
