Responsibilities:
- Full management responsibility for the Western Switzerland branch within the specialist civil engineering division
- Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships, and actively acquiring new contracts across the Romandie region
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, creating the conditions for autonomous, client-focused working
- Ensuring quality, schedule adherence, occupational safety, and commercial performance across all projects
- Involvement in tendering, bid preparation, and strategic construction planning
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments, clients, planners, and authorities
- Representing the company to partners and clients as the face of the Western Switzerland operation
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Technical qualification as a Dipl. Bauführer / site manager and/or civil engineer (or equivalent), with at least 5 years of experience in construction and project management, ideally in specialist civil engineering (Spezialtiefbau)
- Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships and business development
- Sound knowledge of construction contract law, SIA standards, and other relevant regulations; familiarity with LEAN methods is an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with RIB iTWO is a significant plus
- French as your native language, combined with very strong German skills (written and spoken)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to assert yourself in complex environments
- Regional roots in the Romandie or strong knowledge of the local market are an advantage
