NOC Engineer - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities:

• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Support MSP customers across infrastructure and security environments
• Manage networking technologies (firewalls, switching, wireless)
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Intune and Conditional Access
• Balance ticket work (60–70%) with project-based engineering (30–40%)
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure and system improvement projects
• Participate in on-call rotation (6 days/month, one weekend)
• Collaborate on automation and process improvements using AI/tools

Skills/Must have:

• Mid-to-senior level MSP or similar experience
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation capabilities
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki
• Microsoft 365 expertise (Intune, Conditional Access)
• Backup/DR experience (Acronis, Veeam)
• Exposure to HCI (Scale Computing or Nutanix)
• Familiarity with security tools (SentinelOne, Keeper, Proofpoint)
• Experience with automation, scripting, or AI-driven efficiencies
• Ability to balance support and project work effectively

Salary:

• $70,000 - $90,000 Based on experience
