Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong internal relationships.
• Own the design and creation of technical artefacts across pre-sales, delivery, and as repeatable blueprints.
• Lead technical design and authoring on bids and proposals.
• Build and support compelling propositions to take to market.
• Contribute to developing business requirements and technology roadmaps.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the organisation at conferences.

Skills / Must Have:

• Pre-sales experience including bid authoring and consultative client engagement.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies: Machine Learning, AWS AI, Azure AI, GenAI, and Agents.
• Experience with AI-enhanced digital assistant solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot).
• Demonstrable experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Solid understanding of MLOps.
• Eligible for SC security clearance.

Desirable Skills:

• Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI governance and ethical frameworks.
