Presales Lead (Microsoft Practice) - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Microsoft solution architecture and presales function across Singapore and the broader APAC region
• Design and govern enterprise architectures for cloud transformation, data modernization, and migration programs
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Architect and implement hybrid and multi-cloud environments integrating on-premises and Azure systems
• Lead data modernization programs including data lake, data warehouse, and analytics solutions
• Define modernization strategies leveraging containerization, serverless, and DevOps
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and solution accelerators
• Establish and maintain architecture governance, security, and compliance frameworks

Skills/Must Have:

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in solution or cloud architecture
• Proven background in leading Azure-based solution design and delivery
• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS architectures
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex, multi-tower transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud, data, and modernization initiatives
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification (highly desirable)
• Candidates must be based in Singapore and hold valid working rights.
