Responsibilities

• Deploy, migrate, and document post-sales customer engagements in line with best practices.
• Assist in delivering support and services to meet customer expectations.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of Cisco infrastructure and related solutions.
• Troubleshoot security, routing and switching, protocol, and performance issues across distributed, segmented network environments with multiple security zones.
• Create As Built Visio diagrams and technical documentation for deployed solutions.

Skills / Must Have

• Extensive knowledge of high-performance data centre solutions, LAN/WAN infrastructure, network security, and enterprise wireless environments.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco routers (ISR Gen1/Gen2), Nexus and Catalyst switches, and Cisco security appliances including FTD, ASA, ISE, IPS, Prime MARS, and NAC.
• Strong knowledge of IPSec and SSL VPN solutions with hands-on deployment experience.
• Experience deploying Cisco AMP for Endpoints, Umbrella, Stealthwatch, and Firepower in enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and related technical configurations.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and management tools including Ethereal, SolarWinds Orion Network Monitor, and HP OpenView.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, ASA, Firepower, AMP, Prime Infrastructure, security posture assessments, and security policy generation.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus platforms including the 9K, 7K, 5K, 2K, and 1K series.
