The consulting firm has partnered with a business consulting and services organisation and is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of one or more products. The role involves defining product strategy, prioritising delivery, collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders, and driving product adoption while ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product life cycle including strategy, roadmap, delivery, optimisation, and adoption.
- Define product vision, value propositions, and prioritisation aligned to business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities to capture and refine business needs.
- Manage product governance, risk, quality assurance, and reporting activities.
- Champion Agile product delivery and support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Track product performance through OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and third-party partners.
- Support product adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience managing products through the full product life cycle within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong business acumen with experience defining strategy, prioritisation, and value-driven roadmaps.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and translating business requirements into product outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience delivering products using Agile methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, automation, and modern product management practices.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives, user needs, technical constraints, and delivery priorities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and workshop facilitation skills.
Contract Details:
- Hybrid in London/Watford (1-2 days per week)
- 6 months duration

- £400-£420 per day (Inside IR35)
