Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of data centre infrastructure and network projects
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of key milestones
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate site access, resource scheduling, and logistics for project delivery
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Support change management and ensure adherence to operational processes
• Assist with procurement coordination and vendor engagement where required
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with SLAs and quality standards

Required Experience:

• Experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role
• Background supporting projects within data centre, network, or infrastructure environments
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple workstreams
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, or similar)

Nice to Have:

• Experience within telecom, service provider, or hyperscale data centre environments
• Exposure to network infrastructure or data centre technologies
• Understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
