The company is seeking a Project Director to oversee major data center construction developments in Kansas. Leading project delivery from preconstruction through to commissioning and handover, the successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for commercial performance, execution strategy, subcontractor management, and the leadership of large, multidisciplinary site teams on high-value hyperscale builds.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction projects, from preconstruction through commissioning and handover
• Take overall responsibility for project budgets, financial performance, schedules, risk management and commercial outcomes
• Manage and develop project leadership teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers and specialist delivery personnel
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders and major construction packages
• Coordinate complex CSA, electrical, mechanical and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale clients, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain high standards of safety, quality, project controls and operational performance across construction teams

Skills/Must have:

• 15+ years' experience in construction management, including significant experience leading large-scale, technically complex projects
• Strong background delivering hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities or major commercial/industrial construction projects
• Previous experience as a Project Director, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or equivalent construction leadership position
• Proven ability to manage substantial project budgets, complex schedules, commercial risk and subcontractor relationships
• Strong understanding of CSA, MEP infrastructure, commissioning and the construction sequencing of complex facilities
• Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing senior client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred

Salary:

• Up to $250,000 base salary
