The organization is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of major data center construction projects in Ohio. Taking overall responsibility for project performance, the successful candidate will oversee site operations, commercial management, project schedules, and subcontractor relationships while leading high-performing project teams to ensure the successful execution of complex, high-value developments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical data center construction projects
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, financial performance and commercial risk to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary construction teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers and project controls personnel
• Manage relationships with hyperscale clients, consultants, subcontractors and senior project stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, contract negotiations and change management across major construction packages
• Ensure successful coordination of CSA, MEP, commissioning and project turnover activities across complex data center developments
• Drive project safety, quality, operational efficiency and delivery standards while supporting wider business growth

Skills/Must have:

• 15+ years' experience in commercial construction, with significant leadership experience delivering large-scale projects
• Strong background in data center, hyperscale, mission-critical or similarly complex construction environments
• Proven experience leading major construction projects as a Project Director, Project Executive or Senior Project Manager
• Strong commercial understanding of project budgets, contracts, cost control, forecasting and risk management
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex MEP and construction activities
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage executive-level relationships and major project stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred

Salary:

• Up to $250,000 base salary
