Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the project through all stages, pre-construction, construction, and close-out/fit-up
- Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget alongside the client and general contractor
- Manage contractor pre-qualification, bidding, and contract negotiations, plus procurement of contractor-designed elements and constructability reviews
- Drive a robust HSE culture while managing general contractors and owner-direct vendors on the ground
- Oversee the IMS, project controls, and QCx teams, ensuring delivery on time and to budget
- Coordinate Value Engineering and work with the client's commercial and scheduling teams
- Manage the full close-out process, tagging, OFE commissioning, close-out documentation and authority inspections
Skills/Must Have:
- Understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
- Contractual and commercial understanding across multiple forms of contract
- Track record delivering large critical infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of HSE in construction
- Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines
- Experience in a client interface role
- Experience managing large-scale teams
- Data center new build and refurbishment experience
- Ability to coordinate discipline-specific Owner's Representatives to achieve client objectives
- German language skills advantageous
