Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead and delegate tasks to ensure efficient execution and accountability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Senior PMs, APMs, and Field Operations on scope, risks, and resources.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring budgets, cost-to-complete, and financial performance.
• Maintain schedule, scope, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and documentation.
• Track key performance metrics and maintain project controls and reporting processes.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges as they arise.

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed

Salary:

• $140,000
