We're partnered with one of the fastest-growing mechanical HVAC and plumbing platforms in the US, delivering end-to-end solutions for mission critical and data center environments across the country. They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team, focused on leading complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This is a genuine leadership role where you'll take full ownership of project delivery, managing teams, driving schedule and budget performance, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants on high-profile data center and mission critical builds.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
- Manage and supervise project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and approve subcontractor bids, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections, and project meetings
- Provide detailed project reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
- Support business development by maintaining client relationships and assisting in proposal development
Skills/Must Have:
- 3-5+ years of construction project management experience including managing projects independently
- 10+ years of overall construction experience
- Demonstrated success delivering mid to large-scale construction projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, documents, processes, and technology including Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Primavera
- Data center or mission critical project experience highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred — high school diploma required as a minimum
