Responsibilities:

• Manage telecommunications infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate internal engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Act as the primary interface between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive project governance, reporting, status updates, and executive communications
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and overall delivery performance
• Ensure customer requirements, milestones, and contractual obligations are achieved
• Support multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic telecommunications environment
• Coordinate third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners where required

Skills/Must Have:

• 5–10 years of experience within telecommunications project delivery
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end from planning through to delivery and customer handover
• Background within telecommunications carriers, service providers, network vendors, or telecommunications infrastructure organisations
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating technical engineering and delivery teams
• Understanding of optical networking, transmission, DWDM, transport networks, fibre infrastructure, or IP/MPLS environments would be highly advantageous
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is beneficial
• Strong organisational, communication, and project governance capabilities
