A senior OSP Project Manager role is available to oversee end-to-end fiber build programmes. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution and accountability, leading performance reviews, and ensuring vendors and contractors deliver on commitments within a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OSP fiber network build programmes from mobilization through handover
- Own and chair weekly market reviews
- Manage a cross-functional pod consisting of Finance, PM, Market Lead, and Sales
- Hold contractors and vendors accountable to schedule, scope, and quality standards
- Track and report on daily field performance, ensuring issues are surfaced and resolved without delay
- Maintain full visibility of programme financials, flagging variances and driving corrective action
- Coordinate across internal functions and external stakeholders to keep builds moving
- Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, and construction standards throughout delivery
Skills / Must Have:
- Background in OSP construction — you understand what happens in the field, not just on a dashboard
- Experience working with or as a contractor preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable presenting performance data at COO or C-suite level and defending your numbers
- Strong grip on programme financials — cost tracking, variance analysis, forecasting
- Daily accountability mindset — proactive, not reactive
