The organization is looking for a Project Manager / Last Planner Specialist to be embedded full-time on a live construction project in Frankfurt. The role focuses on driving modern planning practices on site, running coordination meetings, supporting teams with real-time scheduling, and improving collaboration between contractors and subcontractors to enhance project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure a digital construction planning platform on site, linking it to the existing project schedule in P6
- Train all users on the platform oncluding client representatives, GC management, and subcontractors
- Work with various teams and partnered subcontractors to develop a detailed project workplan and schedule
- Load the detailed workplan into the platform and support subcontractors with their weekly input requirements
- Run weekly collaborative planning meetings across all project stakeholders
- Update the weekly work plan in line with progress status and any amendments to the plan
Skills/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent (mandatory requirement)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a project or construction management role
- Solid understanding of construction project management practices including Last Planner (LPS) methodology
- Experience setting up and running collaborative planning meetings with GC and subcontractor teams
- Proficiency in P6 / Primavera for schedule linking and milestone reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience using digital construction software tools on site
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging both on-site teams and senior management
- Natural problem-solver with an ability to drive technology adoption and digital change on site
- Ability to work independently, set your own agenda, and deliver against agreed goals
- German language skills advantageous given the Frankfurt location
