Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Construction

The multi-billion dollar international construction company is expanding their data center presence in the DFW market and looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to help win and deliver some of the region's most significant upcoming pursuits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data center construction projects from a PM or Senior PM capacity
• Oversee overall project delivery, coordinating across trades and disciplines rather than a single scope
• Support project pursuits and help position the business to win upcoming data center work
• Manage schedule, budget, and delivery across assigned projects
• Provide strong and visible leadership on site

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of progressive construction industry experience with strong tenure history
• Recent, hands-on data center project experience with major clients
• Background with a General Contractor preferred; MEP subcontractor background considered
• Experience as the overall lead PM/Superintendent, not a single-trade or assistant-level role
• Open to relocation and/or travel across projects and regions
