The company is currently on the lookout for a Project Scheduler to join its team. The successful candidate will oversee the development, maintenance, and detailed analysis of master construction schedules across major hyperscale facility developments from initial groundbreaking to commissioning. Key responsibilities include maintaining integrated CPM schedules in Primavera P6, conducting float and critical path risk analyses, and evaluating change requests to keep projects on track. Additionally, the ideal candidate will coordinate schedule inputs across contractors and vendors while delivering key performance reports to project controls leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the integrated CPM schedule in Primavera P6 - design, procurement, construction, MEP and commissioning - updated weekly with field progress and contractor look-aheads
  • Run weekly critical path and float analysis, identifying risks and keeping project leadership ahead of schedule threats before they become problems
  • Process change requests, TIAs and recovery schedules, maintaining the baseline and distributing S-curves and milestone reports on cadence
  • Perform schedule risk assessments including Monte Carlo analysis, producing what-if scenarios for accelerated delivery, phased turnover and delay mitigation
  • Act as the single point of contact for all subcontractor and vendor schedule submissions, enforcing contract spec requirements and facilitating weekly schedule coordination meetings
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting, maintain the long-lead equipment and procurement log, and flag delivery risks threatening the construction sequence

Skills/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience), with data center, mission-critical or hyperscale infrastructure construction experience
  • 3-7 years' project scheduling experience on large-scale capital construction projects ($50M+)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, with working knowledge of MS Project and scheduling best practices
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, float management and schedule risk assessment
  • Experience with phased turnover, commissioning schedules and MEP systems sequencing in complex facilities
  • Strong Excel skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to integrate design, procurement and construction activity streams into a single baseline schedule

Benefits:

  • Up to 30% annual bonus
