Responsibilities:

• Ensure all site and service activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture across engineers and technicians
• Maintain permits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to industry regulatory requirements
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with technical specifications and standards (VDE, IEC)
• Oversee inspections, testing, and certification activities, supporting quality control across service and project delivery
• Maintain accurate compliance and quality records, and prepare reports on safety incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and quality processes across the business
• Work closely with the Operations Director/Managing Director, project managers, and engineering teams to embed compliance into day-to-day delivery
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors on compliance requirements where relevant

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience promoting a strong safety culture across a technical or engineering workforce
• Experience ensuring works meet industry standards (VDE, IEC) and overseeing technical quality of delivery
• Experience overseeing inspections, testing, and certification activities
• Strong documentation discipline, permits, risk assessments, audit trails, compliance records
• Experience working within a fast-paced, reactive field service or engineering environment
• Strong communication skills, able to work across engineering, project, and client-facing teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability, particularly around risk identification and mitigation

Salary:

• Up to €75,000 Per Year
