Responsibilities:

  • Manage all quality control and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Perform inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes
  • Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and testing records
  • Coordinate material testing, equipment calibration, and internal quality audits
  • Work closely with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues
  • Prepare project submittals and quality reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support government inspections and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous quality improvements
  • Assist project teams in delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards


Skills/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of Quality Control experience within commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
  • Strong understanding of construction quality standards, engineering practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple project teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience
  • Data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred
