Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Data Center IT Managers across the region, setting clear goals and performance standards
• Own regional IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and consistent service delivery across all sites
• Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, risks, and operational issues, driving root cause and prevention
• Oversee regional infrastructure operations including servers, networking, storage, and high density GPU environments
• Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement across regional data center IT operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and support business growth

Skills/Must have:

• Experience managing multi-site or regional data center IT operations
• 8+ years of data center IT operations experience with a strong hands-on infrastructure background
• 5+ years of people management experience leading managers or large technical teams
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, enterprise networking and data center technologies
• Familiarity with HPC or GPU-based environments
• Solid understanding of operational support models, lifecycle management and ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Experience with project planning, cross-site coordination and change management
• Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to €140,000 gross per year
